For over 8 years the Salvation Army Clinic has been providing advice and referrals to the citizens of Middle Tennessee.
The clinic operates each Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. and the volunteer attorneys serve on a rotating basis.
It is not burdensome and is in fact a unique vehicle for local attorneys to fulfill part of their obligation to provide pro bono legal services.
Rule 6.1 of the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct makes it clear that every attorney is to provide pro bono legal assistance and this clinic is one of the best possible ways to do that.
Access to justice is a real deal, so join our team. We need you!
